Emerging Scholars Program

The Emerging Scholars Program (ESP) supports individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, aiming to foster success in higher education through academic, career, and financial aid counseling. ESP focuses on low-income, first-generation students, offering services like tutoring, leadership workshops, and college preparation.

The Upward Bound Math and Science Program serves students from Jemison, Columbia, and Lee High Schools, preparing them for postsecondary studies in math and science fields. Services include academic counseling, career counseling, tutoring, and a Summer Residential Program.

ACT PREP CLASSES

Our ACT Prep Classes aim to equip students with the skills needed for success. The classes are free of charge, but a $25.00 book fee is required. Enrollment is on a "first come" basis.

We have three (3) sessions of classes for the spring semester:

Session 1: Saturday, February 3, 2024

Session 2 English/Math Boot Camp: Saturday, March 2, 2024

Session 3: Saturday, April 6, 2024
